Safeguarding
Child protection, or safeguarding as it is now more broadly termed, is of paramount importance to all health (and non-health) professionals involved in the care of children. I list here some local and national courses which may be of interest to people trying to keep their safeguarding competencies current. Also some seminal publications which many of us need to refer to in our everyday practice.
