Thanks for this link Amutha. The SIGN guideline was revisited in 2009 and the update (only 2 pages long) can be found at http://www.sign.ac.uk/pdf/2009epilepsiesreport.pdf. They will review the guideline again in 2011. NICE are also reviewing their epilepsy guideline and are due to publish it in March 2011.
